Who Are We Looking For?

Itscraft is expanding — and we’re looking for motivated, mature, and friendly individuals to join our team in various roles. Whether you're moderating players, building new worlds, or helping develop systems — there's a place for you here!

Age Requirements by Role

We offer positions based on experience, trust, and age.

18+ Roles

Rank	Description
	Oversees team structure, high-level decisions, internal coordination
	Manages staff, handles escalated issues, enforces server policy
	Works on backend systems, plugins, bug fixes, performance optimization

16+ Roles

Rank	Description
	Leads moderators, handles reports, supports Admins
	Enforces rules, handles chat/player reports, assists players
	Guides newer helpers, supports player questions
	Assists players, answers questions, learns moderation basics
	Entry role for those new to staff teams — focused on learning and growth
	Works on server structures, maps, event spaces (requires portfolio submission)

️ Important Notes

• Each rank has its own color-coded in-game and Discord role.

• Staff roles are voluntary (non-paid), but offer growth, experience, and recognition.

• Promotions are possible based on activity, behavior, and initiative.

General Requirements (All Ranks)

• Minimum age as specified above

• Able to speak and write English fluently

• A working microphone (voice checks may be required)

• Good reputation and no history of major punishments

• Must be active (minimum 6–10 hours/week commitment)

• Able to work in a team, take feedback, and remain respectful

Bonus Skills (Optional)

• Previous experience in Minecraft moderation or building

• Familiar with plugins/tools like CoreProtect, WorldEdit, LuckPerms

• Event organization or Discord bot management

• Experience using ticket systems, mod logs, or staff dashboards
